Paul and Mallory Talmard produce one of the finest wines of the appellation
at their domaine on the edge of the village. 100% stainless steel fermentation with
no oak ageing whatsoever yields an exotic creamy wine with pear and apple
fruits and a cool, fresh melon aftertaste.
