lingering finish. This is a 1er Cru wine that offers great value

12. Veuve Clicquot Rosé Reserve 2000  £65.00

Lovely elegant Rosé with great flavours. All “pink fizz” should be this good.

13. Veuve Clicquot “Fine & Rare Rosé 1985  £90.00

This is not only the finest Rosé Champagne I have ever tasted but could also

be the most memorable Champagne. Only recently disgorged the wine is

fresh and vibrant with a lovely Pinot (strawberry) nose. The wine has enough

flavour to go with pink lamb. There are only a few cases available in the U.K.

So don’t wait too long to treat yourself! - Phil
