There will be a width restriction of 2.0 metres and a possible weight restriction of 3.5 tonnes
 
Coming from York Area or from the A64.
Instead of turning for Elvington, follow diversions along A1079
You will then be diverted at junction for Newton and Sutton Upon Derwent.
Follow the road until end , turn right and it will bring  you straight into Sutton.
This diversion will add approximately 4-5 Minutes to your journey.
Coming from Hull , Market Weighton , Pocklington area on the A1079 or Howden Area
Your journey will not be affected.
Coming from Wheldrake , Elvington Area Please follow diversion signs
from the School in Elvington
