As well as our main menu we have an extensive specials board which allows us to showcase the best seasonal produce available from our local suppliers. Dishes such as Asparagus Tart, King Scallops on Sauteed Leeks with Lobster Sauce, Lobster Thermidor, Twice Baked Spinach and Gruyere Souffle, Guinea Fowl Wrapped in Parma Ham with an Apple and Calvados Sauce and Fillet steak Rossini are just a few examples of the dishes featured on our specials board.
